This one's just for me. The Golden Horseshoe Revue at Disneyland in Anaheim is in the longest running stage production in show business history, and it is largely because of the two people pictured above.  Wally Boag signed a two-week contract in 1955 to appear as the wacky Pecos Bill, the rootin' tootin' shootin-est cowboy in the Wild West.  A year later, Betty Taylor signed on as the female lead, Slue Foot Sue.  By the time Boag retired in 1982, they'd performed together almost 40,000 times.  Taylor remained with the show until it closed in 1986, logging almost 45,000 performances.  Wally Boag died Friday, June 3 at age 90.  Betty Taylor died Saturday, June 4 at age 91.  If you don't know the show, take a couple of minutes and watch it here.
